Urban Projects construction and management style has its roots set in traditional onsite carpentry, craftsmanship and old fashioned hard work. We are a Main Contractor/Builder delivering Renovations, New Build Construction and Light Commercial developments in the greater Auckland area.
Over 30 years of varied experience across the construction industry has given us the edge to deliver complex and highly detailed projects efficiently. Our directors are, on the job, qualified carpenters who have experience in construction management techniques and delivery of projects across the Commercial and Residential sectors.
Our passion for detail, design and craftsmanship produces work that exceeds expectation.

SERVICES
ECI initiatives
Including the Builder/Main Contractor early in the design phase means buildability and budget advantages are seen early. While design lies mostly with Architecture and Consultancy, all projects are delivered by the entire team. We have a good base of professionals that we regularly work with if required from planning to hand over.
Project Delivery
We develop a construction program specific to each project identifying materials, trade procurement and finishing selections to avoid delay to your move in date. UP’s project reporting and quality assurance process is clear and concise so there are less surprises as the build progresses.
Quantity Surveying
We will develop a budget and monthly cost forecast for your project taking the guess work out of payments and tracking the budget along the way and have refined a cost tracking and project administration system that is functional and efficient.
Consents and final documentation - CCC warranties/O&M
UP controls the final consents and compliance documentation process for you, presenting all information re products and fittings installed in your home, We will organize and implement maintenance schedules for you if required.
Contracts
All key subcontractors and suppliers are bound to the main contract with the client. This takes all guess work out of any issues and ensures.
H&S
Urban Projects continually develop our H&S process, We are proud that it is both effective and efficient and know that good H&S process is rarely seen in the residential sector.
